NUPAR's policy is to build partnerships with employees, customers and vendors, and to utilize standards; ISO9002 Certified, April 1995.

NUPAR's employees are committed to creating a culture of continued quality and productivity improvement. Each employee is responsible for the quality of the products they produce. Operators are supplied with the gauging instruments necessary to measure the customer specified dimensions. The operator continously checks part dimensions at the machine in accordance with the quality plan set up for that part. Operators have the authority to shut down their equipment if measurements do not meet the specified quality standards.
